Harmonic Machine Inc., a leader in precision manufacturing, is seeking a Project Engineer to join their innovative team at the Radical Plant. The Role:
- Assist with industrial engineering initiatives and quality improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to gather and clarify project requirements for injection and carbon molds.
- Create and review designs using CAD software, ensuring they are functional, cost-effective, and production-ready.
- Coordinate with the tool room staff on mold, jig, and fixture fabrication, modification, and repair.
- Develop and implement jigs and fixtures to improve the accuracy and repeatability of part production.
- Support the plant in areas of industrial engineering by analyzing workflows and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with the quality team to develop solutions that improve part consistency and reduce defects.
- Cost projects and coordinate pricing with customers to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and implement process improvements.
The Requirements:

What You Bring:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic injection mold products or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with designing for injection and carbon molds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience in costing projects and collaborating with customers on pricing.
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Approximately $40.00 per hour commensurate with experience
