The Role:

  • Repair, maintain, and service electric motors and related equipment.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the Shop Manager, focusing on efficiency and safety.
  • Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble electric motors and other equipment, ensuring operational standards.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests, utilize welding and rigging skills, and maintain accurate records.

The Requirements:

  • Experience as an Electrical Motor Systems Technician, Journeyman millwright, or electrician preferred.
  • 3-5 years of industrial equipment experience, particularly with motors, generators, and pumps.
  • Proficient in technical documentation, welding, and rigging.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Terms of Employment: Full-time, permanent position

Wage: $29.00 to $30.00, depending on experience.  Eligibility for overtime and annual discretionary bonuses.
