Located in Burnaby, BC, PBF is committed to innovation and excellence. The Role:

‍

• Prepare dough for bread according to recipes or special customer orders.
• Operate baking and dough-processing machines.
• Gather and scale ingredients accurately, maintaining meticulous records of lot numbers and quantities.
• Monitor and adjust oven temperatures and speeds to ensure optimal baking conditions.
• Follow the production schedule meticulously to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet the company's high standards.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines while cleaning equipment at the end of the shift.

The Requirements:

‍

• Completion of secondary school.
• At least three years of commercial baking experience is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and understanding English.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a dynamic schedule.
• Capability to work in a dusty environment and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 20 kg.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time position

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Location: 8000 Winston Street, Burnaby, BC, V5A 2H5
